I started my career as an e-commerce allocation analyst at TJX where I optimized the user shopping experience through assortment strategy, site merchandising, and vendor management. It wasn’t until I joined connectRN, a healthcare tech start up where I performed various functions of the business including customer experience and operations, that I discovered UX/Product Design.

It seemed to be a perfect way to blend my problem solving skills, analytical experience and creative interests. Upon completing the Careerfoundry’s certificate program and joining connectRN's design team, I felt like I had found my “calling”. Today, I get to directly impact some of marketing's biggest challenges and enable how our users create their content through my design work.
